1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using hajjumrahbookings.com or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Hajj Umrah Bookings provides Umrah travel packages including but not limited to:

Flight bookings and reservations
Hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah
Visa processing assistance
Ground transportation in Saudi Arabia
Travel guidance and support services

All packages are subject to availability and may vary based on season, demand, and supplier terms.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process:

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized agents
A completed booking form with accurate information is required
Payment deposit is necessary to confirm reservations
Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful booking

3.2 Pricing:

All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
Prices include services as specified in the package description
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed with deposit
Additional charges may apply for special requests or services not included in the package

3.3 Payment Terms:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [X%] is required at booking
Balance: Full payment must be received [X] days before departure

Late payment may result in booking cancellation without refund

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer:

More than 60 days before departure: Refund of payments minus deposit and administrative fees
30-60 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost
15-30 days before departure: 25% refund of total package cost
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Hajj Umrah Bookings:

If we cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements
We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

4.3 Changes to Bookings:

Change requests must be made in writing
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
Name changes on tickets may not be possible or may involve penalties

5. Travel Documents and Visas

5.1 Passport Requirements:

Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from date of return
Passport must have at least two blank pages
Customer is responsible for ensuring passport validity

5.2 Visa Processing:

We assist with Saudi visa applications but do not guarantee approval
Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of approval status
Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation
Visa rejection by Saudi authorities is not grounds for refund

5.3 Required Documents:

Completed visa application form
Passport-size photographs as per Saudi specifications
Proof of vaccination (if required)
Marriage certificate (for couples traveling together)
Mahram documentation (for female travelers as per Saudi regulations)

6. Health and Vaccination Requirements

Customers must comply with all Saudi Arabia health requirements
Meningitis vaccination is mandatory and may be included in packages
Other vaccinations may be recommended or required
Customers with medical conditions should consult physicians before travel
Travel insurance with medical coverage is strongly recommended

7. Flight and Transportation

7.1 Flight Arrangements:

Flight schedules are subject to airline changes
We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Seat assignments are subject to airline policies
Baggage allowances are determined by airline policies

7.2 Ground Transportation:

Transportation in Saudi Arabia is provided as specified in package
Transportation times are approximate and subject to traffic conditions
Delays due to traffic or circumstances beyond our control are not compensable

8. Accommodation

8.1 Hotel Standards:

Hotel star ratings are based on local Saudi standards
Room assignments are at hotel discretion
Room sharing arrangements must be specified at booking
Special requests (e.g., room location) are not guaranteed

8.2 Hotel Policies:

Check-in/check-out times are set by hotels
Additional hotel charges are customer responsibility
Damage to hotel property may result in charges to customer

9. Customer Responsibilities

9.1 Conduct:

Customers must respect Islamic customs and Saudi laws
Appropriate modest dress is required
Consumption of alcohol and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from group without refund

9.2 Personal Belongings:

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings
We recommend travel insurance for valuables
Lost or stolen items are not our responsibility

9.3 Group Travel:

Customers booking group packages must stay with assigned group
Departure from group activities is at customer's own risk

10. Liability and Limitations

10.1 Our Liability:

We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the package
We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers
We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or death except where caused by our negligence

10.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including:

Natural disasters, pandemics, or health emergencies
War, terrorism, or political instability
Government actions or restrictions
Strikes or labor disputes
Supplier failures

10.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Trip cancellation and interruption
Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
Lost or delayed baggage
Flight delays and missed connections

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Procedure:

Complaints should be reported immediately during travel
Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of return
We will investigate and respond within reasonable time

11.2 Dispute Resolution:

Good faith negotiations to resolve disputes
Mediation before litigation if necessary
